My girlfriend was playing and while she was just wondering around Blackreach and this Falmer starts sprinting towards her with its arms spread straight out like they are in the video. Of coarse she gets right freaked out - because she's a women - and she kills it and now it's just standing there with it's arms spread out still and it's immovable.
